I'm Nadia Abudulkadir. I create SEND transition resources and written packages for schools, colleges and local authorities.

I hold an MSc in Autism Studies and have more than five years' frontline experience supporting young people with SEND in post-16 settings. That work is what shapes these resources: they are designed to be clear, usable and easy to adapt.
