Licence terms

1. What this licence covers

Unless stated otherwise on the Resources page, digital products from Progress & Purpose are sold under a single-setting licence: the licence belongs to the one school, college or service that buys it, not to an individual person.

2. What you can do

Within that one setting, you may:

• copy the resource for use by your own staff;
• adapt, edit and reformat it to suit your setting and the young people you work with; and
• print or share it internally with colleagues and the students or families you support.

3. What you can't do

You may not:

• resell the resource, or any edited version of it, to anyone else;
• share, redistribute or upload it anywhere outside your own setting — including on a public website, a shared network open to other organisations, or a resource-sharing platform; or
• publish it, or a substantially similar version of it, under your own or anyone else's name.

4. Copyright

Copyright in each resource remains with Nadia Abudulkadir at all times. Buying a licence gives you the right to use the resource as set out above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

5. Multi-site or trust licence

If you need to use a resource across more than one school, college or setting — for example, across a multi-academy trust or a local authority — a multi-site licence is available from £150, depending on the number of settings — contact us for a quote. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the resource you're interested in and roughly how many settings would use it.

6. Ending the licence

If these terms are broken — for example, if a resource is shared outside the licensed setting — Nadia Abudulkadir may end the licence for that resource. This doesn't affect your right to keep using resources you've bought and used in line with these terms.
